Bimini and the Lost City of Atlantis?!

Being mostly flat, Alice Town is the main settlement area in these two islands it is comprised of. Although Alice is beautiful, most visitors come for the water and beaches here. Some of the world’s most famous underwater landmarks can be seen here, such as the Bimini Wall (a sudden drop of over 4000 feet in the ocean floor), and Bimini Road (a tight collection of massive stones that forms an almost perfectly straight line heading from the shore into the heart of the ocean – and has been debated as proof of the lost city of Atlantis).
With these incredible underwater landmarks, you can also enjoy your day by dolphin watching and fishing. If you are passing by and water activities are not a priority for you, make sure to head over to the Ernest Hemingway museum; he lived in this area around 1930.
